About Dr. Mitchell

Care that treats the whole person — not just the diagnosis.

Dr. Sarah Mitchell is a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience helping patients navigate mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. Her practice is built around collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans that respect each patient's goals, values, and life context.

She believes that good psychiatric care is a conversation, not a prescription pad — and that every patient deserves a clinician who actually listens.
