About Saudia
In today's complex world, there is a plethora of challenges that one may face. But the battle we have within ourselves is an exhausting fight that we often feel we need to win on our own. I believe that we need someone to help guide us in those moments.
My passion is working with teenagers and young adults to develop skills that empower them to combat their anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. I believe in utilizing a holistic, multi-dimensional approach to therapy, with a focus on cognitive and solution-based techniques. Together we work to understand anxious and depressive thoughts, and learn strategies and skills to combat them.
I also believe in developing habits and behaviors that align with the person you aspire to be. I look forward to being a guide on your path to healing and growth.
