About Saudia
My passion for helping others has been a guiding force throughout my life and career. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher, where I developed a deep appreciation for the unique strengths, challenges, and potential within every child. That experience taught me the importance of patience, connection, and meeting people where they are — values that continue to shape my work as a therapist today.
As a mother, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and complexities that come with balancing life's many responsibilities while trying to care for yourself and those you love. My personal experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to creating a supportive, compassionate space where clients can feel understood without judgment.
I believe that growth and healing begins with connection. My goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, or emotional overwhelm, I strive to provide a safe environment where they can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and discover their own resilience.

What I help with
A focused practice for the things that quietly weigh on us: anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, and more. Below are areas I work with most often.
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and the constant background hum of worry that makes daily life feel heavier than it should.
From persistent low mood to seasons of feeling stuck. We work together to interrupt depressive thought patterns and rebuild momentum.
Building a steadier inner voice. Moving from harsh self-criticism toward self-trust, and developing habits that align with who you want to be.
School pressure, identity, friendships, family. Support tailored to the developmental moment you're actually in.
Skills work for focus, organization, and emotional regulation, plus a space to figure out what actually works for your brain.
Loss of a person, a relationship, an identity, or a future you'd imagined. There's no timeline. Only the work of carrying it differently.
Family, friendships, romantic partners. Navigating patterns, communication, and the spaces where we keep bumping into the same walls.
Pregnancy, prenatal anxiety, and the postpartum window. Meeting you where you are with care that holds the whole experience.
Practical, evidence-based tools to manage what life is throwing at you, and to keep your nervous system out of the red zone.
10 more areas of focus, including peer relationships, body image, and women's issues.

A reflection
"We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty."
How we'll work together
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw from several evidence-based modalities and adapt to what's actually useful for you in the moment.
Identify the thought patterns that drive anxious and depressive moods, then practice replacing them with more accurate, useful ones.
Building a kinder relationship with yourself, especially if your inner voice has spent years being your harshest critic.
Your culture, faith, family, and identity all shape what healing looks like for you. Therapy here makes room for that.
You're the expert on your own life. My job is to listen carefully and help you find the answers that are already in you.
Focused on what's working and what you want more of, building forward momentum rather than only looking back.
Thoughts, behaviors, body, relationships, environment. We look at the whole picture, not just the symptom.
