What I treat
A focused practice serving adults and adolescents (14+). Visits combine careful medication management with brief, supportive psychotherapy.
Major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, postpartum, and treatment-resistant depression.
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and specific phobias. Both pharmacologic and behavioral approaches.
Comprehensive evaluation and ongoing management for adolescents and adults newly seeking diagnosis or transferring care.
Long-term mood stabilization with careful monitoring and patient-centered planning around life events.
Trauma-informed evaluation and pharmacologic support, coordinated with your therapist if you have one.
Initial assessment, titration, side-effect monitoring, and ongoing follow-up — typically every 1–3 months.
Secure video appointments available statewide in Oregon and Washington for established patients.
Care for patients ages 14–18, with family involvement when appropriate. Coordinated with schools and pediatricians.
If you're unsure about a current treatment plan, I offer one-time consultations to review and advise.
My approach
"My job isn't to hand you a label — it's to understand what's actually going on in your life and figure out, together, the smallest change that helps the most."
